By adopting aluminum alloy material and silver plating technology, the product has achieved excellent performance indicators: Passive Intermodulation (PIM3) is stably controlled at ≤-160dBc@2×43dBm, effectively avoiding data packet loss caused by multi-band signal interference; the insertion loss is as low as 6.5dB.
In terms of structural design, the product adopts an IP65 waterproof and dustproof design, combined with passive heat dissipation technology, which can operate continuously and stably in a wide temperature environment of -35℃ to +70℃. With a power handling capacity of 200W, it fully meets the deployment requirements of complex scenarios such as macro base stations in dense urban areas and subways.
Targeting the frequency band needs of the overseas communication market and the 5G-A extended frequency band plan, this product extends the upper limit of the frequency band to 4200MHz, compatible with mainstream communication frequency bands in Europe, Southeast Asia and other regions, providing standardized adaptation solutions for multinational equipment manufacturers. The product optimizes the cavity structure through electromagnetic field simulation, maintaining excellent amplitude and phase balance across the entire frequency band, with isolation ≥20dB, which can stably support the signal distribution needs of Massive MIMO 64T64R multi-antenna systems.
Currently, the product is made of aluminum alloy, with a powder-coated surface that is scratch-resistant and salt spray resistant. It complies with RoHS environmental standards and can be directly integrated into the overseas communication equipment supply chain system.
